MEET THE FOUNDER & YOGA COACH
Hey Empowered Souls!
I am Gurusha Singh, born and raised in a humble village, coming from a proud family of farmers. Growing up, I witnessed the strength and resilience of my family and community, which instilled in me a deep appreciation for hard work and dedication. This background shaped my journey and led me to the transformative path of yoga.
Driven by a desire to promote wellness and healing, I pursued a Post Graduation in Yoga Science from the University of Patanjali. I further honed my skills, becoming certified in Pranayama and Meditation. My practice specializes in Prenatal Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga, where I focus on helping individuals find balance and strength.
Having personally experienced the challenges to heal cervical pain used to have in my neck from at the age of 13 years, After my 12th class I developed a passion for healing and alleviating pain, especially cervical pain, through targeted yoga practices. Inspired by the belief that "Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self" I combine my deep understanding of various yoga practices to provide comprehensive guidance for both physical and mental well-being.
Today, I am proud to share my knowledge and help others on their journey to health and wellness, drawing on my roots and the lessons I learned from my village and family.
